We do not currently offer overseas online sales. Please contact the gallery for international shipping options.
Payment Options: credit / debit card, cheque, bank transfer or phone order.
Credit / debit cards payments are processed via Global Payments through HSBC. Visa debit, Visa credit, Mastercard and American Express.
If you do not wish to online you can continue through to the payment screen so that your order is logged by our website and then complete your order by calling us directly on 01736 350555 to arrange payment.
Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, however we will endeavour to send your parcel within just a few days and often the following day of your order.
UK Mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail or next day Courier, if you are not at home to receive your parcel, Royal Mail's standard procedure is to return the parcel to the local sorting office and leave you a note stating the fact whereas Parcel force will take your parcel to the local Post Office and a Courier back to their depot. Alternatively you could always leave a note to postman/postwoman and or delivery driver with alternative delivery arrangements at your own risk. If you would like us to print any instructions on your parcel, please state this at checkout.
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Lighthouse Gallery is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your package maybe returned to Lighthouse Gallery (sender address always written on the parcel) in such circumstances an extra delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We want you to be absolutely delighted or completely satisfied with all your purchases from Lighthouse Gallery if, for any reason, you are not, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.
Simply return your purchases in their original packaging and in good condition to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser and we take no responsibility for lost or for goods damaged in transit when being returned to Lighthouse Gallery.
Simply return your purchases to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.
You can cancel an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Lighthouse Gallery order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
